97pk Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The 97pk platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. It is your responsibility to confirm you qualify before registering an account or making any deposit.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 97pk is strictly an adult-only platform. We do not accept accounts from minors under any circumstances, and we actively verify age as part of the registration process.
• You must be using the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Corporate or commercial registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be accessing 97pk from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local laws applicable to you personally.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of a 97pk employee in a role that involves access to platform operations or player data.

2 Account Registration and Responsibilities

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 97pk platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and any other details requested during the verification process. Providing false information to gain access to the platform or to claim bonuses is prohibited and will lead to account suspension.

• Keep your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. 97pk will never ask for your password via support chat or email.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately.
• Account verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed. This may include submitting a copy of a valid CNIC or other identification document.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or allow another person to operate your account.

97pk reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during your use of the platform, particularly before processing withdrawals or large bonus claims. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in account restrictions.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

97pk supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently available on the platform: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer. Additional payment options may be added or removed over time — the current available methods are always shown in your account deposit section.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party payment sources is not permitted and may trigger a security review.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the time of deposit. 97pk does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account immediately. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing time.
• If a deposit fails to appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact 97pk support with your transaction reference. Do not attempt to initiate a chargeback without first contacting support.

4 Withdrawals and Payout Policy

Withdrawal requests at 97pk are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawals are only sent to accounts verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not processed under any circumstances.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is shown in the withdrawal section of your account at the time of request.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• If your account has an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements, the bonus-related portion of your balance cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met. Your real-money balance is always withdrawable separately.
• 97pk reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts that show signs of abuse, bonus misuse, or suspicious activity pending investigation.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

97pk offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free credits and seasonal promotions. Each bonus has its own specific terms which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. General bonus rules that apply across all 97pk promotions are outlined below.

• Bonuses are intended for use by one account per person, per household and per IP address. Claiming multiple accounts to receive the same bonus is treated as abuse and will result in all bonus funds being voided.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless specifically stated otherwise. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager PKR 20,000 in eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino tables and certain game types may contribute at a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's individual terms.
• 97pk reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited and in active use will not be retroactively altered, but future bonus offers are subject to change without notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games on the 97pk platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, game shows and sports betting markets — operate under their own specific rules displayed within each game or market. By playing any game on 97pk, you accept those game-specific rules in addition to these general terms.

• All casino games on 97pk use certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealer formats supplied by third-party providers. The outcomes of all games are determined independently of 97pk.
• Sports betting odds and markets are set by 97pk's data and trading systems. Odds are subject to change up until the start of an event. Bets placed before odds changes are honoured at the price confirmed at the time of placement.
• In the event of a technical error — including a disconnection during a live game or a display error showing incorrect odds — 97pk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This is not negotiable regardless of the outcome shown.
• Bets or game rounds once confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player. Please review your stake and selection carefully before confirming.
• Cricket betting markets on PSL matches, T20 internationals and bilateral series are settled according to official match results as declared by the relevant cricket board. Rain-affected matches and abandonments are settled per the rules stated in the individual market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 97pk platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account or assisting others to create duplicate accounts.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any technical tool to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches or technical faults to place bets or generate winnings that would not otherwise be possible.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud or unlawful financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing 97pk staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access account areas, administrative panels or data outside of your own registered account.

97pk actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Investigations may be conducted without prior notice, and accounts may be temporarily restricted during an investigation. The outcome of investigations is final.

8 Privacy and Data Use

97pk collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform operations. How this data is collected, stored and used is explained in detail in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference.

• Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing payments, verifying identity and communicating with you about your account or promotions you have opted into.
• 97pk does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification providers strictly to the extent required to operate the service.
• You may request a copy of your personal data or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting 97pk support. Certain data may be retained for a period after account closure where required for security or audit purposes.

9 Responsible Gaming

97pk takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment, and we encourage all players to approach gaming as a leisure activity — one where you set a budget in advance and stick to it, and where you stop when it stops being enjoyable.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Enable session reminders in your account to receive a notification when you have been playing for a set length of time.
• Self-exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can self-exclude for a defined period — ranging from 24 hours to permanent. During self-exclusion, your account cannot be accessed and you will not receive promotional messages.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

97pk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these terms have been violated, or where account activity raises serious security or fraud concerns. Examples of grounds for account action include:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account sharing, or multi-accounting.
• Suspected money laundering or use of the platform for any unlawful financial purpose.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that has not been resolved through the support process.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held and not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that the funds are connected to prohibited conduct. Where an account is permanently closed for a breach of terms, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be voided. Real-money balances unconnected to the breach may be returned at 97pk's discretion following completion of any investigation.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 97pk support. Any remaining eligible balance will be paid out to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

11 Limitation of Liability

97pk provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and stability — particularly during high-traffic events like PSL matches and major cricket fixtures — we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

• 97pk is not liable for losses caused by network outages, internet connectivity issues on your end, or device failures during gameplay.
• In the event of a platform error that affects a game outcome, 97pk's liability is limited to returning the stake for the affected game round or bet. We do not accept liability for hypothetical winnings that might have been generated had the error not occurred.
• 97pk is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from your use of the platform beyond the direct value of funds deposited.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that using 97pk is lawful in their personal circumstances. 97pk does not provide legal advice and makes no representations about the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

12 Changes to These Terms

97pk may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered contact details or through a notification displayed upon next login. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continuing to use the 97pk platform after updated terms have been published and notified constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
